Ok, get ready...

Step 1: Take one Toothpaste Tab, place it in your mouth and start to chew, using the saliva already in your mouth (NB: this may take some getting used to, but stick with it, you got this!) - use this time to get your bamboo toothbrush ready...

Step 2: Wet the bristles of your bamboo brush and start brushing your teeth as normal, foaming up the Toothpaste Tab and ensuring all your teeth are covered.

Step 3: Then after 2-minutes, just rinse & dry your brush/bristles, and spit - but don't rinse!

So that's... Bite, Chew, Brush. Simple :)
